  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged within 15 days of delivery.
  • Whole bean coffee: Returnable if sealed.
  • Ground coffee: Generally non-returnable due to freshness degradation (except proven defects).
  • Custom items: Non-returnable unless defective.
