Bun Al Qassab delivers premium coffee across Oman with reliable, tracked service from our Muscat roastery.
Our products are delivered via Nool parcel delivery service, which offers both home delivery and office delivery.
Home delivery: Nool delivers parcels to all locations in Oman, except those in Al Wusta Governorate.
Office Delivery: Office Delivery is available at the following locations only (NOOL Office & Delivery Points)
If your town is not shown in the delivery‑location list, please select the nearest available location to ensure faster delivery or choose home delivery.
Muscat Governorate: Al Maabela, Al Khoud, Al Amerat, Bawshar, Quriyat and Muttrah
Dhofar Governorate: Salalah
Al Dakhiliyah Governorate: Nizwa, Izki, Samail and Bahla
North & South Al Batinah Governorates: Barka, Al Musanah, Suwaiq, Rustaq, Al Khaboura, Saham, Sohar and Shinas
North & South Al Sharqiyah Governorates: Ibra, Sinaw, Jalan, Sur and Al Kamil
Al Buraimi Governorate: Al Buraimi
Musandam Governorate: Khasab
Al Dhahirah Governorate: Ibri, Yanqul and Dhank
Processing and Dispatch: Orders process and dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We prepare fresh roasts quickly for optimal flavor.
Delivery Time: Expect 2-3 business days within Oman, varying by location and courier. Delays from logistics, customs, or incomplete addresses are beyond our control—always verify your details.
Tracking: Receive tracking links to monitor via the courier's portal. Stay updated from dispatch to doorstep.
Incorrect Address Returns: Returned shipments due to wrong/incomplete addresses incur full resend and return shipping costs to the customer.

Orders and Cancellations: Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Cancellation allowed only through the website before processing begins. After shipping preparation or label generation, orders are final.
Addresses: Provide accurate details: name, street, building/house number, landmarks (e.g., Al Maabila/Seeb). Incomplete addresses may delay delivery or add fees.
Pre-Purchase Review: Review product details (roast level, grind type, specs) before payment—you're responsible post-confirmation.
Post-Purchase: No modifications/exchanges after confirmation unless cancelled pre-processing via website.
Customer Notes: Add special requests with orders; we try to accommodate but can't guarantee.
Product Exchange: Contact within 15 days of delivery for issues. We'll evaluate and guide on return/inspection if needed.
Price Differences: Pay/refund difference for exchanges based on current pricing.
