Processing and Dispatch
Orders process and dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We prepare fresh roasts quickly for optimal flavor.
Delivery Time
Expect 2-3 business days within Oman, varying by location and courier. Delays from logistics, customs, or incomplete addresses are beyond our control—always verify your details.
Tracking
Receive tracking links to monitor via the courier's portal. Stay updated from dispatch to doorstep.
Incorrect Address Returns
Returned shipments due to wrong/incomplete addresses incur full resend and return shipping costs to the customer.

Orders and Cancellations
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified. Cancellation allowed only through the website before processing begins. After shipping preparation or label generation, orders are final.
Addresses
Provide accurate details: name, street, building/house number, landmarks (e.g., Al Maabila/Seeb). Incomplete addresses may delay delivery or add fees.
Pre-Purchase Review
Review product details (roast level, grind type, specs) before payment—you're responsible post-confirmation.
Post-Purchase
No modifications/exchanges after confirmation unless cancelled pre-processing via website.
Customer Notes
Add special requests with orders; we try to accommodate but can't guarantee.
Product Exchange
Contact within 15 days of delivery for issues. We'll evaluate and guide on return/inspection if needed.
Price Differences
Pay/refund difference for exchanges based on current pricing.
